I have been recruiting in the civil engineering industry for five years now on the corporate side of things, previously spent 1 year with Aerotek.  I am thinking about exploring my options as a corporate recruiter but in another industry entirely.  Has anyone out there recruited in entirely different industries?  If so, how was the transition?
