I see you guys further addressed this topic on your blog.  For those that have not seen it, check it out at http://civilengineeringcentral.wordpress.com/2008/04/30/understanding-generation-next/ .

It was interesting that you guys got someone to chime in and defend what is perceived as Generatation Next's sense of entitlement.
