The Marketing Budget Mystery

Throughout more than 25 years in the the AEC industry, I have noticed that most firms do
not
have a documented marketing plan and budget. In good or tough economic times, it is essential to have a plan and a budget.
Does your firm have a marketing budget?
(Budgets typically include marketing and business development labor and expenses related to getting new business-proposals, presentations, trade shows, conferences, collateral materials, website, promotional materials, etc... that integrate directly to achieving your business/marketing plan).
