Good entry on your BLOG!!  "Recruiting the Headhunter"  Cool  Wish every HR person working with third-party recruiters would read that!!

Yes, there are headhunters who could care less about "loyalty" and respect from their clients, but many of us who are treated as teaming partners, not like resume pushers, go to great lengths to impart critical market information and insights to our clients. We send those clients our BEST candidates.  Corporate Recruiters:  you will get so much more by treating us like professionals.

Recruiter Chic - I couldn't agree more.  The connection bewteen a corporate and agency recruiter can be a very powerful relationship and there should be great respect for each other.

Amen, our goal is to fill a position.  If a positive relationship is built, it can be very rewarding.
